Who are we?
Deans Recruitment is a recruitment agency run by qualified accounting and finance professionals which we think makes us a bit different from our competitors. Not only are all our staff qualified accountants, they have also worked alongside accounting trainees and qualified staff (AAT, ACA and ACCA), payroll professionals, bookkeepers, credit controllers, practice managers etc. Our experience doesn’t stop there though because as practicing qualified accountants we have also worked closely with, and advised clients who employ bookkeepers, credit controllers, business managers, practice managers, accountants, financial controllers, finance directors to name but a few!
